Mid afternoon the Red throated Diver had drifted north to be off Strete gate and at the far end of Strete gate beach were 2 Velvet Scoter.
In addition to those settled on the sea, Guillemots (with a few Razorbills) were moving through the bay all day and must have numbered a few hundred.
