Highlight of the morning was a Wryneck below Hazel Tor on the seaward side just below the scrub line. Showed well for 20 mins while enjoying itself in an ants nest! Poor quality pic attached but you can see what it is.! Also: Sparrowhawk, 15 Whitethroat, 9 Blackcap, 5 Willow Warbler, Spotted Fly, 5 Wheatear around the cove and a Great Spotted Woodpecker through Southdown Farm - prob.migrant.
