From Bowling Green viewing platform late morning on the dropping tide the Spotted Redshank continues to show around the mud close-by near riversmeet house with 21-Grey Plover amongst the usual large numbers of waders and 6-Red-breasted Mergansers . From the goatwalk 44-Knot were feeding with large numbers of Black-tailed Godwits, Dunlin and Avocets scattered all over the mud. c600-Brent Geese were flying from Exminster marsh over Turf Locks and dropping onto water along the seawall. Topsham quay showed 9-Red Breasted Mergansers and 3-Goldeneye seen early afternoon from the recreation ground.
